Meet ESSO5
A brand built for real days, bold movement and the quiet confidence to keep going.
Some brands begin with a trend forecast. ESSO5 began with a question: what if the clothes you reach for every day could help you feel stronger before you have even stepped outside?
Born in Dubai, ESSO5 is a premium leisurewear and activewear label designed around modern lives that refuse to stay in one lane. A morning can begin with a school run, move into meetings, turn into a workout and end over coffee with friends. The wardrobe should be able to keep up - without asking you to choose between comfort, style and purpose.
The meaning stitched into the name
ESSO5 brings together three ideas: Essential, Sustainable and the five elements of nature. The name is a reminder that good design should feel necessary rather than excessive, grounded rather than disposable, and connected to the world beyond the wardrobe.
That does not mean every product serves the same purpose. ESSO5 has two distinct worlds. The 24x7 Collection is the everyday side of the brand: minimal, versatile pieces made from 100% regenerative cotton and designed for repeat wear. The Limitless Collection is performance-led activewear: breathable, flexible and built for training, yoga and movement. One is rooted in all-day softness; the other is engineered for action. Together, they reflect how people actually live.

Why the lion?
At the centre of ESSO5 is a lion - not as decoration, but as a personal symbol. Founder Sumit Gupta drew on the qualities associated with the animal: strength, courage and resilience. The idea is simple and inclusive: there is a lion within us all.
That lion does not have to roar for attention. Sometimes courage is walking into the gym for the first time. Sometimes it is taking a difficult meeting, starting again after a setback or choosing the version of yourself you have been postponing. ESSO5 clothing is designed to accompany those moments, not compete with them.
Designed for confidence, not costume
Premium clothing should not feel like a costume reserved for special occasions. It should earn its place through comfort, fit and versatility. That is why ESSO5 leans into timeless silhouettes, wearable colours and details that can move from a flight to a cafe, from a warm-up to a weekend, and from home to the city.
The 24x7 Collection brings this idea to everyday staples: T-shirts, sweatshirts, joggers and shorts with a soft hand-feel and pared-back attitude. Limitless takes the same confidence into activewear with pieces designed around stretch, sweat management, comfort and freedom of movement.
Responsibility from soil to parcel
ESSO5 says its 24x7 cotton begins with regenerative agriculture - an approach that looks beyond avoiding harm and towards outcomes such as healthier soil, greater biodiversity and improved water resilience. The brand also says it works with factories that follow ethical practices and uses paper for tags, wraps and product pouches while keeping plastic to a minimum.
The honest word here is progress. ESSO5 does not claim perfection. Responsibility is a series of choices that must keep improving: clearer sourcing, stronger evidence, better materials, less waste and products people genuinely want to wear for longer.
A Dubai brand with a global rhythm
Dubai is a city of motion. People arrive from everywhere, live across cultures and expect their wardrobes to work hard. ESSO5 belongs to that rhythm: elevated but practical, expressive but easy, ambitious without forgetting comfort.
Ultimately, ESSO5 is not asking you to become somebody else. It is designed to help you dress like the strongest version of who you already are. The lion is there. The next move is yours.
