Refund policy
At ESSO5, we want you to love what you wear. For any reason if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
An item can be returned as long as it is in perfect condition and has been unused, unwashed and includes all original product tags.
In case you require a size exchange, you can follow the steps to return the product and place a new order for the desired size.
RETURNS
Steps to Create a Return
- Contact our customer service team at (customercare@esso5.com) or go into My Account < Order History < Create Return and submit a request for the items you wish to return.
- Once we receive the request and the items are collected, our warehouse team will conduct relevant quality checks and approve the return request accordingly.
- After approval, you can expect your refund in 7-10 business days.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed after the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved by our team. The refund amount will match the price paid for the item(s) and will be processed as follows:

Debit/Credit Card Payments: For payments made via debit or credit card, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: For COD transactions, the refund will be issued as store credit added to your account within 7 days. The store credit will have a validity of 3 months from the date it is issued.
